MENTAL HEALTH RESOURCES | SSMU
There is a wealth of health and well-being initiatives offered by McGill students, the University, and the larger Montreal community that we encourage all students to take advantage of. Your mental well-being matters and all students should feel empowered to explore how to cultivate a healthy mind and body during their time at McGill.
